THE JOURNEY

My name is Greg, founder of Heel Hook Coffee. I am a lifelong martial artist having competed in Kickboxing for 10 years and then in the Bangor University Judo Team. Then, 5 years ago, I discovered the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a new world opened up for me.

I am also a devoted coffee lover having discovered a taste for it in the jungles of Guatemala. When I got the chance to work with a coffee roaster in Dorset to curate some blends for my own company what else could be a better inspiration than the art of Jiu Jitsu.

My aim is to bring Jiu Jitsu to the world and coffee to the Jiu Jitsu and martial arts community.
